As Recruitment Chair for Chi Omega during 2025, I led the planning and execution of recruitment events designed to attract and engage potential new members. This role involved coordinating schedules, organizing event logistics, and collaborating with chapter members to ensure a positive and welcoming experience that reflected the organization’s values.

In addition, serving on the Executive Board allowed me to contribute to chapter leadership by participating in decision-making, overseeing initiatives, and supporting overall operations. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, and organizational skills while giving me a meaningful role in guiding the chapter’s direction and member experience.

Through both roles, I developed a strong sense of accountability and time management while balancing academic responsibilities with organizational commitments. I gained experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that required adaptability, professionalism, and attention to detail, all of which have prepared me for future leadership and collaborative roles.
